Armadillo Bone Earrings
One day while walking in the woods I came across what looked like hundreds of white beads scattered on the ground. Upon closer inspection I realized it was an armadillo. The outer skeleton that makes up their armour shell brakes down into hundreds of little hexagonal discs. Some bleach and lots of dremel bits later, and I had some great beads!
The bone beads I use for "dangles" with the flat top and pointed bottom , in the second row, are from the tail armour.
All earrings aprox 2" long. All ear wires are surgical steel.
